We focus on services in the IT infrastructure domain.  We offer consultancy on the design of your IT Infrastructure, including on site networks/datacenters and cloud solutions.  Interim management of technical teams and IT projects is also part of our portfolio.

Most of the clients are large organizations with an international footprint and being part of IT services, financial and industrial sectors.

PROJECTS

Delivering technical projects on IT Infrastructure level, that is our passion. We coordinate datacenter moves, give advice on cloud integrations, and support 

outsourcing / integration projects.

 

ABOUT

My name is John Laenens. I am the owner of Intram Services. I work as an IT professional with about 25 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure area of large, international companies.

​

I am mainly specialized in the design, setup, installation and management of extended IT infrastructure environments. IT lead of helpdesk teams, management of server hardware/software and datacenter setup. Data network architecture of LAN, WAN, datacenter and call centers. I have many years of experience in configuration management, incident management, change management and problem management.

 

My certifications : CCNP ( CCNA ) , CCDP ( CCDA ) Prince2 and ITIL V3 Foundation
