Coordinate and manage the IT network infrastructure installation of approx. 20 acquired offices in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Mauritius. Analyze all infrastructure requirements, follow up with business and other installation teams. Manage the 8 team-members (all external resources) and make sure to have enough staffing with the right knowledge to complete the entire project in time and within budget.

Create, analyze, develop and manage Security Inventory and Event management processes executed by external partners.

Manage IT Security thread detection and protection activities. Coordinate, manage and follow up the development and implementation of new use-cases by the development team. Focus on Service Transition : Move the SIEM service from project mode into production.

Project coordination of a total IT infrastructure replacement in more than 90 factories in EMEA / APAC.

Transformation of the complete IT infrastructure of each factory to prepare them for the implementation of a global ERP system. The new IT environment needed to be developed and implemented based on infrastructure inventories, ERP/VDI requirements, local factory / country specifications and global standards.

The scope included LAN ( starting from cabling and way up to operate the application aware network) , UCS ( virtualization local servers, moving local data to the central data centers ), VDI implementation ( Xenapp, XenDesktop ) and VOIP installations – Cisco Callmanagers and Telepresence
